Fees & Payments

Fees are payable in advance each term via the website or school system (if applicable). Non-payment may result in loss of place.

Bookings

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. Payment confirms your child’s place and parental consent. If oversubscribed, a refund will be issued.

Parent Information

Parents/guardians must provide up-to-date emergency and medical information.

Attendance

No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions.

Collection

Children must be collected by authorised adults. Changes must be communicated in advance.

Behaviour

Children must behave safely and respectfully. The club reserves the right to remove any child for unsafe or disruptive behaviour. No refund will be given for remaining sessions.

Cancellation

If the club cancels a session, a replacement or credit may be offered.

Liability

All reasonable care is taken; however, participation is at the parent’s/guardian’s risk. The club is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
