Fees & Payments

Fees are payable in advance each term via the website or alternative payment system (if applicable). Non-payment may result in loss of place.

Bookings

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. Payment confirms students place. If oversubscribed, a refund will be issued.

Important Information

Up-to-date emergency and medical information needs to be provided.

Attendance

No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions.

Behaviour

Students must behave safely and respectfully. The club reserves the right to remove anyone for unsafe or disruptive behaviour. No refund will be given for remaining sessions.

Cancellation

If the club cancels a session, a replacement or credit may be offered.

Liability

All reasonable care is taken; however the club is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
